This training is intended for employees working in companies where a business ethics policy has not been implemented yet, or needs to be updated or improved. It is also suitable for employees who do not have business ethics management experience.

Understanding business ethics

The emergence of ethics in all the spheres of society makes us question the place it occupies in firms and to a greater extent in professional practices. It is indispensable to help firms implement internal procedures aiming at making their business the most ethical, namely to limit the risks for the firm (penal, civil, reputation …).
