9. The 7 basic questions for adult learning.

10. Areas of consciousness, beliefs and values that define our behaviours.

11. The necessary refocusing to adapt to permanent changes.

12. Assesment of learnt skills.

13. Assessment of the training.

A training certificate will be delivered after a final test.

Location of the training In the office of the client company or in a training room of a service provider according to the specific needs of the client.
